Souloop is the brainchild of saxophonist/bassist Tevet Sela and drummer/percussionist Thierry Arsenault. It’s a two people groove machine that provides irresistible grooves with influences from various traditions such as African, Brazilian, middle-eastern and jazz-funk. With the help of a loop station, the duo samples layers played live and build every original song as a complete and unique musical statement.
